1) Remove Cap;
2) Pull bottle glass insert out;
3) Unscrew cap from bottle;
4) Fill bottle;
5) Screw cap back  on bottle;
6) Insert closed glass bottle back into casing;
7) Add cap.

To fill bottle, Remove Cap; Pull bottle insert out; Unscrew cap from bottle; Fill bottle; Replace Cap; Insert back into casing; Add cap.
